What we provide
Leak Fix Experts provides leak detection services: locating the source of water leaks in residential and commercial properties using non-invasive methods. We are a detection-first service. We do not perform plumbing repairs, installations, or remodels.
Estimates and scheduling
Any estimate given by phone is based on the information you provide and may change once we see the property. Appointments are confirmed by phone. Call to check current availability.
Detection findings
Our findings represent our professional assessment based on the methods used during the visit. Some leaks are intermittent or concealed in ways that limit what can be confirmed in a single visit. We will always tell you what we could and could not verify.
Access and safety
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas we need to inspect, including water heaters, meters, shutoffs, crawlspaces, and under-sink cabinets. We will not move heavy furniture or enter areas we judge unsafe.
Payment
Payment terms are discussed and agreed before work begins. We do not begin detection work without your approval of the quoted terms.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the detection visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions we could not access or verify, or repair costs arising from the leak itself.
